Bollox is back with more canal street baiting anticts on FRIDAY 21 NOVEMBER.

Guest DJs ELV (Valerie) and Steve Rhodes will be joining regular vinyl whore Rod Bollox to provide you with a night of thigh shaking action.

Music: M.I.A, The Ting Tings, Guns 'n Roses, Blondie, Friendly Fires, Aretha Franklin, Nine Inch Nails, Smiths, Sex Pistols, Miss Kittin, Bowie, Hole, Pink, Erasure, Joy Division, Girls Aloud, Elastica, Prince, Kate Bush, Jam, Peaches, Sonic Youth, Cure, Klaxons, Santogold, Kings of Leon...

Add that with the usual Bollox Free 10p mix-ups, trashy films, drunken fumbles and a fucking great hangover the next day - and you've got the perfect antidote to get you through the ultra gloomy November nights.

Kick off at 11pm - vomit outside the taxi rank at 3am and it’s 3 quid before 11:30 / 4 quid after.

Still missing: Bucket of shame

Yes that's right... during the bank holiday riot bollox, some bleeder has made off with our beloved bucket of shame. We actually think it's quite funny that someone managed to sneak it but after a few days we realised we miss it dearly and would love to see it back in its rightful place on the bollox dancefloor. If a friend of yours has suddenly started playing Black Lace, Hazel Dean and the cast from Grange Hill records then please let us know.

We’re still in the process of sorting out the release of our debut 7” single featuring our favourite whores, Salty Lips and the Vile Vile Creatures. The single will be limited to 500 copies and available on the bollox website, at the club and around record stores in Manchester. We’ll let you know more when we can.
